At Wiseguard, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below.

If you purchased a Wiseguard subscription directly from our website, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This refund policy applies only to your first subscription purchase and is intended to give you time to evaluate the service.

2Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase
  • The subscription must have been purchased directly from Wiseguard through our website
  • Only first-time subscription purchases are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period are generally not eligible unless required by applicable law.

3Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4Purchases Through Third Parties

If you purchased Wiseguard through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party marketplace, your purchase and any refund requests are governed by that platform's refund policies.

Please contact the platform where you made your purchase for assistance.

5How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team and include:

  • The email address associated with your Wiseguard account
  • Your order or transaction number (if available)
  • A brief explanation of your request

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.

6Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution

Wiseguard is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7Services Already Performed

Some Wiseguard features begin processing immediately after activation, including privacy scans, monitoring, and submission of data removal requests.

While these services may begin immediately, eligible customers may still request a refund within the applicable 30-day refund period. If a refund is approved, access to Wiseguard services will be terminated and any pending automated services may be discontinued.

8Abuse of the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that:

  • The policy is being abused
  • Multiple refund requests have been made by the same customer
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • The request otherwise violates our Terms of Service
