Text you type into form fields, including your email address, is masked in your browser before any recording data is transmitted. WiseGuard does not receive that text as part of a recording. Recordings are not linked to a named individual.
Session recordings are retained for 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
The WiseGuard website uses analytics cookies and browser storage to measure visits and to record sessions. To avoid them, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
